Terms of Service
Last updated August 14, 2026
These Terms apply to the public PRISM Technologies website and demonstration environments. They describe the product as it exists today: a functional prototype, not a production government, military, clinical, or healthcare system.
About these Terms
By using the PRISM Technologies website, Demo Center, or related public demonstrations, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use those surfaces.
These Terms cover the public website and demonstration environment only. A future customer, research, or government deployment may be governed by a separate contract, license, research agreement, or other written agreement. Those documents control if they conflict with these public Terms.
What PRISM is
PRISM Technologies LLC develops configurable software infrastructure for structured data collection, governance, integration, analytics, research, and AI-enabled workflows.
PRISM is intended as an infrastructure layer underneath collection — not a single form tool, not a foundation AI model, and not a clinical system.
Prototype and demonstration status
PRISM is currently a functional prototype and demonstration platform.
The public website and demo environments are not currently production government, military, clinical, or healthcare systems. They are provided for informational, evaluation, and demonstration purposes.
PRISM is not currently represented as being deployed within AWS GovCloud, DoD infrastructure, DHA infrastructure, MHS GENESIS, or another government production environment.
Do not treat anything on this site as a claim that the current platform is:
- HIPAA compliant
- FedRAMP authorized
- DoD IL4, IL5, or IL6 authorized
- DHA approved
- ATO approved
- MHS GENESIS integrated
- FDA approved
- a medical device or diagnostic system
- authorized to process PHI
Those statements are not true of the current public prototype and should not be assumed unless they are independently verified in the future.
Configurable solutions
PRISM is a configurable technology platform. Individual deployments may later be customized for applications such as:
- Prospective research and longitudinal studies
- Structured data collection
- Operational intelligence and business intelligence
- Workforce health and readiness analytics
- Resource allocation and exposure monitoring
- Research data infrastructure
- Enterprise workflows
- AI-enabled analytics
Customer-specific implementations may require configuration, development, integrations, infrastructure, governance, validation, security controls, and other services.
Please distinguish:
- Current prototype functionality — what this public site and demo environment actually run today.
- Demonstrated functionality — features shown in a prototype or briefing, often with synthetic data.
- Configurable capabilities — ways the platform is designed to be adapted, not a catalog of live production features.
- Future production capabilities — customer-specific systems that would be built, validated, and hosted under separate agreements.
Not every capability described on the website is currently available as a production-ready feature.
AI and model-agnostic design
PRISM Technologies does not develop or own a foundation AI model and is not dependent on a single AI provider. PRISM is model agnostic by design.
The platform is intended to create structured and governed data that can be used by different analytical systems or AI models depending on customer requirements. Potential future integrations may include commercial, government-hosted, locally hosted, open source, or cloud-based AI models.
The intended separation is:
- 01 PRISM Data Infrastructure
- 02 Structured and Governed Data
- 03 Model Agnostic Integration Layer
- 04 Customer Selected AI or Analytics
PRISM does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party AI models. AI-generated outputs should be treated as analytical or decision-support information, not independently authoritative conclusions, unless specifically validated for a particular application.
Public website and demo use
Public demonstrations may use synthetic data, simulated records, illustrative scenarios, prototype interfaces, and demonstration analytics. They must not be presented as operational government systems.
You may browse the public site and, where offered, use demonstration accounts or interfaces for evaluation. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use demo environments for operational decision-making.
Prohibited information
Do not submit medical records, PHI, CUI, classified information, Social Security numbers, DoD identifiers, or other sensitive or regulated information through this website or public demonstration environments.
Public demonstrations are not an authorized environment for that information unless PRISM Technologies has expressly provisioned a separate, authorized environment for that purpose.
No medical or clinical use
Public demonstrations are not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical care. Do not rely on demo content for health, readiness, or operational decisions about real people.
Intellectual property
The PRISM website, software, demonstrations, designs, workflows, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of their respective owner or licensor unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Visiting this website or using a public demo does not grant you ownership of, or a broad license to, PRISM technology. Limited use of the public site for evaluation is permitted under these Terms.
Government data rights and future contract-specific intellectual property terms are not defined here. Those rights, if any, will be handled in individual contracts, licenses, research agreements, or other written agreements.
Future deployments and infrastructure
Future customer deployments may be configured within AWS or another customer-approved infrastructure depending on mission, security, cybersecurity, privacy, data classification, and regulatory requirements.
PRISM Technologies intends to support AWS-based production architectures where appropriate, but deployment architecture will be determined for each customer or project. AWS is an intended production option, not part of PRISM's fundamental identity, and not the only infrastructure PRISM can support.
PRISM Technologies intends to support production deployments using secure cloud infrastructure such as AWS, configured according to the requirements of the applicable customer or project. The current prototype and public demonstrations should not be interpreted as representing a production AWS, AWS GovCloud, or government-authorized deployment.
Government and military references
PRISM Technologies is an independent technology platform. References to government, military, research, or healthcare applications describe potential or demonstrated use cases and do not imply endorsement, authorization, procurement, or deployment by the Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, Department of the Army, or any other government organization.
Disclaimers
The website and demonstrations are provided as-is for evaluation. We do not warrant that they are uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular production purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, PRISM Technologies LLC is not liable for decisions made from prototype or demonstration content, or for information a visitor submits contrary to these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the prototype evolves or before production customer deployments. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
